Women’s Community Dinners

Please join our growing community of women for an informal space to be social with each other. These nights are relaxed, spontaneous and nourishing; in more ways than one! Bring a substantial dinner dish to share (entree, side dish, salad or dessert). We will combine our food, our drink (spirits and non-alcoholic delights alike are welcome), and our ideas for spontaneous celebration, ritual, and revelry. Perhaps we’ll end up in the Kirkja around the fire, or dancing in the field under the moon and stars. Or perhaps we will simply sit and breath, eat and rest.

Whatever we do, these dinners are a time for us to practice being utterly real with each other – to laugh, cry, eat, share ideas, and try to imagine a world in which women's culture, intimacy and community were a priority for all, because we know that when the women are nourished, all are nourished.

These gatherings are for women of all ages, including our adolescent girls/young women who are learning how to take their important place in women's circles. Infants (who are not yet mobile) are also welcome. 

Dates & Details:

Please check this page frequently as new locations may pop up for certain months! No registration is required for the Women’s Community Dinners. Unless otherwise marked, all dinners start at 6:30 pm and are located at 6482 Jib Court, Boulder 80301. I live with 2 dogs who are very friendly and very furry. If you’re very allergic to them, this might not be the event for you. If you are feeling at all sick, please stay home.

PLEASE - Jib Court is a residential neighborhood with minimal parking. Park on Kalua Street and walk the short distance to Jib Court. If you have supplies to drop off at the house, feel free to pull into the driveway, unload, and then park your car on Kalua. This will ensure that we keep our relationship with our neighbors healthy, so these events can continue for our community for years to come!
